Artist's Description
I normally prefer to take candid photos of people, but when I walked past this woman's home and she looked at me and smiled I had to ask her if I could take a photo. The scene of her sitting there with her old petal driven sewing machine along with all the great colors was something I didn't want to pass up. Most people were receptive to having you take their photos, I think I only had 2 people who didn't want to be photographed. I like the face that she had a little chicken running around the floor of her home.
